These are filled with highly concentrated Martin Miller's gin and aged for nine months, or nine moons, in our Borgarnes cellar in Iceland. Some 2,000 numbered bottles are extracted from each barrel, one by one, which are later mixed at source with spring water from Iceland until a 40% alcohol content is obtained.
