Germany, HJ. A 1938 National Trade Competition Victor’s Badge, Bronze Grade, by Gustav Brehmer Auction sterling silver eagle on a(Ehrenzeichen Kreissieger im Reichsberufswettkampf 1938). Constructed of bronze with multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a circular laurel leaf wreath, surrounding a central white enameled disc, overlaid by a German national eagle clutching a cogwheel bearing an enameled HJ insignia, circumscribed by an inscription of KREISSIEGER and flanked by a date of 1938, the reverse with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire
