Cesca Vicent Priorat, 2022 marky Silky and light on itsThis wine is made of Garnacha, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan, Syrah, and Merlot. Priorat is often dubbed as a "Spanish Ctes Du Rhone", as the wine region was historically worked by Priories, or convents. The monks who lived here planted similar grapes and made similar wines as their peers in the southern Rhne. This wine is aromatic and rich with flavors of baked blackberries, plums, and blackcurrant. We would pair this with a rich Manchego, seared lamb
